ACT practitioner and author Russ Harris writes, in his book The Happiness Trap, that “life gives most to those who make the most of what life gives.” I couldn’t agree more. Personal development coaching can help you make the most of what life has given you.

What if we approached life with a sense of open curiosity and attention to opportunity?

If you’re feeling a bit stuck and would like to move forward and tackle your life goals head-on, read on to see how I may be able to help you with your journey.

Get what you want from life

To get what we want from life, we usually have to build our skills up. We can be left feeling a little flat once we’ve got ourselves an education, a set of qualifications, and a suite of skills that should open doors for us, but we still find ourselves knocking.

We’re still knocking because life hasn’t gifted us the unfair advantages of the confidence to always compel and convince, the assertiveness to always pursue what we deserve, or perfectly polished communication and relationship skills.

If you think you could benefit from adding a few of the following strings to your bow, read on. Decide for yourself whether you’d like me to help you re-string that bow of yours.

  • Building confidence and self-esteem
  • Becoming more assertive
  • Improving your communication & relationship skills
  • Adding to your toolkit: strategic planning, prioritising, and realistic goal-setting

Removing obstacles to success

Sometimes we find ourselves up against roadblocks on the journey toward the life we want. If any of the points listed below resonate with you, read on to see how I may be able to help you navigate around those roadblocks.

  • Juggling competing and conflicting commitments
  • Handling your inner critic
  • Challenging your version of the “not good enough” story
  • Moving past procrastination
  • Dealing with low motivation after burnout

I’d love to help you make the most of what life gives. I don’t have all the answers, and I’m certainly not your fairy godmother, complete with wings and a magic wand. There’s real work involved in positioning yourself to seize the day, and that’s where a coach comes in. I can help you stretch yourself to achieve more than you thought was possible.

If you’re feeling ready to get more out of life, get in touch with me, and we’ll arrange a chat to discuss what you want out of life and plan a pathway towards the life you want.
