If you’re unable to attend face-to-face sessions in office, or would simply prefer to attend sessions remotely, remote sessions via Skype offer a great alternative. With Skype we can consult over your needs in much the same way as we would in my office.

Difficulties with transport, mobility, or with travelling long distances don’t need to stand in the way of your counselling or coaching. And if you prefer the anonymity of working with me online, consulting via Skype is likely your best option. You can save travel time and transport costs by attending sessions from the comfort of your own home. You just need a strong internet connection, and a Skype account.

No experience with Skype?

If you don’t have a Skype account, you can set one up in a matter of minutes. Just  click here, and follow the instructions. Once you have an account set up, you will be able to connect with anyone else who has a Skype account. Then we’ll be able to start working together. I’m also more than happy to guide you through the steps of setting up your account and getting your training wheels in motion for your first Skype session.

Your first Skype appointment

Once you’re up and running with Skype, get in touch with me to make an initial appointment, and specify that you’d like to work via Skype. I will then send you my Skype contact details, and an invitation to an initial consultation to discuss your needs. Please note that the initial consultation generally lasts between 10-15 minutes. This initial session is only for the purpose of clarifying your needs, and whether I am well suited to work with you to achieve your goals. We will schedule our first full cosultation after this initial consultation if we agree that we can work well together to help you make progress toward the life you want.
