My professional and educational background spans psychology and teaching, and my work as a teacher, trainer, coach and counsellor provides me with plenty of scope to be able to identify and meet your team’s needs.
Consulting to meet your training needs
Our main task now is to get on the same page regarding what your team needs to learn. We need to figure out what will be realistic in the timeframe you have available, for the number of people you want to upskill, within the budget you’re able to allocate. So let me walk you through the process from beginning to end, and let’s see if we can clear up any questions you might have….
Your first port of call will be to make initial contact with me by booking in for a free initial consultation to discuss your needs and goals for your team. Once we’ve agreed that I can help you achieve what you want, and that you’re comfortable working with me, then we’ll book in our first formal consultation. I’ll provide you with a formal contract that makes sure we’re on the same page regarding the development of your tailored workshop or course.
Developing a workshop or training course for you
Depending on the length and complexity of the training you want your team to undertake, we will need to negotiate a timeframe for development of a suitable workshop or course. This can take anywhere from a week to several months, as needs vary so vastly, as do timeframes within which people are able to work.
Once I’ve designed and developed your workshop or course to your satisfaction, then we’ll work out the logistics of delivery to your team. At this point you may also want to decide whether you’ll want annual refreshers, further development, or trainer-training for some of your team in order to sustain further trainings in-house over the years ahead. There are many options available, and we’ll go over what will work best for you.
